VAT Group is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Forging & Casting to lead global sourcing strategies and supplier relationships. This role partners with Business Units, Engineering and Operations to sustain a high-performance supply base and deliver cost, quality and delivery improvements.

The successful candidate will grow a qualified Best Cost Country supply base, drive measurable savings, and ensure regulatory compliant processes across Switzerland, Asia and Eastern Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in-depth strategic and operational sourcing experience.
• Experience with global category management and direct materials.
• Knowledge of sourcing markets, including Best Cost Country and Eastern Europe.
• Strong Excel / Office IT skills.
• German and English language skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Developing and executing global sourcing strategies for forging and casting.
• Partnering with stakeholders in Business Units, Engineering and Operations.
• Maintain the Global Strategic Sourcing Operating Model and cost targets.
• Apply aligned sourcing processes and regulatory compliant supply base footprint.
• Drive measurable cost reductions and improve quality, delivery and cost.
