A1 is seeking a front-line Recruitment Lead for software engineering to build global teams from Zurich to markets worldwide. You will shape hiring strategies, partner with founders and engineering leaders, and cultivate a high-signal talent pipeline.

You will own end-to-end hiring, including proactive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closures, while continuously improving processes and candidate experience in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
