Roche Basel is seeking an Executive Recruiting & Pipelining Global Practice Lead to shape the strategy and delivery of Integrated Workforce Strategies. You will collaborate with Chapter Leads and IWS Partners to align priorities with Roche’s 10 Year Ambitions and People & Culture North Star.

You will set strategic direction for the practice, empower decision making, coach teams, and advance pipelining for core skills, balancing internal and external talent while exploring AI to enhance candidate

• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for the chapter including vision, strategy, budgeting and governance.
• Lead chapter architecture and practice-related topics.
• Drive OneRoche mindset within the practice.
• Develop capabilities and coach chapter employees.
• Form squads to deliver prioritized work and monitor progress globally.
• Ensure governance adherence and KPI definition for the practice.
• Explore AI to improve experience, quality and efficiency.
• Advise business leadership on objectives and workforce needs.
