Job summary

BeOne seeks an Associate Manager / Manager to lead the global site payment reconciliation initiatives across studies and regions within Clinical Business Operations. You will partner with Global Clinical Operations teams, site budgets, and data hubs to optimise workflows, drive automation, and improve data integrity.

Responsibilities include designing scalable reconciliation frameworks, building dashboards in Power BI, and guiding cross-functional rollout and training.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and AI platforms.
• Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power BI, CTMS, data visualization.
• Advanced Power BI capabilities with analytical dashboards.
• Experience with SQL and Python; familiarity with Databricks.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Travel: Limited travel needed.
• Prior experience in clinical operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive global site payment reconciliation and optimisation initiatives across studies and regions.
• Partner with Global Clinical Operations study teams and country teams to support reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with Site Payment, Site Contracts, Site Budget, and Data Hub teams to improve payment workflows.
• Support system integration, digitisation, automation and data utilisation initiatives.
• Lead development of dashboards and reporting to improve oversight and efficiency.
