Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Manager / Manager to lead the global rollout and optimisation of site payment reconciliation across clinical studies.

You will coordinate cross-functional reconciliation activities, partner with Clinical Operations teams, and drive scalable processes for payment accuracy and transparency. The role requires strong data analysis, process improvement skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives within a global matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in clinical operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive global site payment reconciliation across studies and regions.
• Collaborate with Global Clinical Operations and country teams for alignment.
• Improve payment workflows and operational efficiency with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable reconciliation processes and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs and training materials for site payment activities.
• Support system integration, automation and data utilization initiatives.
