BeOne Medicines is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Manager to oversee regional clinical contracts, including CTAs and budgets. You will lead the regional contracts team, ensure timely negotiations, and align with BeOne policies and fair market value standards.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with Clinical Operations and CBO to optimize contract performance across regions. Travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; JD highly preferred or 8+ years of outstanding experience managing and negotiating clinical trial agreements and budgets
• Experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional Clinical Contracts team and provide feedback for development.
• Sign Investigator contracts as authorized by BeOne Medicines Legal and Tax.
• Drive negotiation processes to meet financial and operational needs.
• Ensure budgets are within Fair Market Value and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and CBO to improve metrics.
• Provide regional escalation for site contracts and oversee program-level lifecycle.
• Use industry tools to provide budget and contract feedback.
• Identify risks and mitigate delays in contracting timelines.
• Oversee regional site contracts to ensure timely completion and implement mitigation.
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures.
