Zusammenfassung

Harting Technology Group seeks a seasoned SCM leader to shape and manage global planning processes, standards, and governance. You will drive harmonization across regions and ensure integration of Demand, Capacity, and Sales & Operations planning with related SCM processes.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Finance, advancing digitalization and system enhancements for transparency and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning, Process Management or related areas.
• Several years of leadership experience in an international and matrix-driven environment.
• Proven expertise in planning processes such as Sales & Operations, Demand Planning, Capacity Planning or Supply Planning.
• Strong project management, change management and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and fluent German and English language skills.
