• 12–15+ years of experience in client consulting roles.
• Proven track record delivering SAP programs end-to-end.
• Experience leading sales, pursuits and RFPs.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with C‑level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SAP transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
• Motivate and manage global, multi-site teams and vendor partners.
