Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our growing team. You will advise HR and IT teams on HR processes and design tailored SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for multinational clients.

You will configure Employee Central, support implementation and rollout, assist with testing and training, and help operate global HR systems while managing releases for international rollouts.

Qualifications

• A degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable field or a relevant vocational qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant professional and project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience working with HR organization.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required.
• Very good written and spoken English and German.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR and IT teams on HR processes and design suitable SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and support customers throughout implementation and rollout.
• Support testing, training and ongoing use of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite.
• Help operate global HR systems, manage releases and support international rollouts.
• Investigate system issues and propose improvements to HR processes and applications.
