You will maintain relationships with customers and planners, negotiate contracts, and shape sales and marketing strategies. German native and fluent English required; travel and MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifikationen

• Preferably a completed higher education in business or engineering (e.g. University of Applied Sciences or Technical University).
• Experience in sales of plant engineering and piping construction projects, preferably pharma/biopharma.
• Knowledge or network with key decision-makers in the pharma/biopharma sectors.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• German native level and business English proficiency.
• Interpersonal drive, self-motivation and team orientation.
• Basic understanding of contract law.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Evaluation and development of strategic accounts.
• Further development of a sales pipeline based on market, competition and customers analyses.
• Ensuring order intake and revenue generation.
• Expansion and maintenance of relationships with customers and planners within EU and global scope.
• Implementation and development of structured sales and marketing strategies.
• Preparation and execution of contract negotiations and offers.
• Regular reporting and revenue forecasting; maintain CRM data.
