Bilfinger Life Science GmbH in Basel seeks a Sales Manager to lead strategic accounts, expand the sales pipeline across the EU and globally, and ensure revenue growth in pharma and biopharma plant projects.

You will negotiate contracts, develop marketing strategies, maintain CRM data, and travel as needed. Native German and business English are required, with a background in business or engineering and a strong network of decision-makers.

Qualifikationen

• Completed higher education in business or engineering (e.g., university of applied sciences or technical university)
• Experience in sales of plant engineering and piping construction projects, preferably in Pharma/Biopharma
• Industry knowledge or existing network with key decision-makers in Pharma/Biopharma
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Native-level German and business-fluent English
• High interpersonal skills and self-motivation
• Basic knowledge of contract law
• Proficient in MS Office
• Time flexibility and willingness to travel

Aufgaben

• Evaluation and development of strategic accounts
• Further development of a sales pipeline based on systematic analyses (market, competition, customers)
• Ensuring order intake and revenue generation
• Expansion and maintenance of existing relationships with customers and planners within the EU sales territory and globally
• Implementation and further development of structured sales and marketing strategies
• Preparation and execution of contract negotiations, as well as creation of offers and agreements
• Regular reporting and revenue forecasting, continuous maintenance of customer and project data in the CRM system
