Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Excellence & Sales Training, International to shape how our commercial teams engage customers across Europe.

You’ll define the international sales excellence strategy and build capabilities that drive performance in multiple markets. Working with Commercial Leadership and cross-functional partners, you’ll implement governance, develop learning journeys, and deliver innovative training solutions that translate strategy into actions for

Competenze

• Experience in sales excellence, enablement, or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing sales methodologies or large-scale programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across countries and functions.

Mansioni

• Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sales Excellence across international markets.
• Shape and evolve sales methodology, standards, tools, and best practices.
• Partner with Commercial Leadership to identify priorities and investments.
• Establish governance and performance frameworks for accountability and excellence.
