Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in post-merger integration, M&A, strategy or transformation leadership.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional integrations and delivering outcomes.
• Strong business and financial acumen with synergy realization.
• Ability to work with senior executives and acquired-company leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integrations end-to-end.
• Drive cross-functional integration execution across functions.
