Job summary

ABB Robotics seeks a Business Transformation Manager to design and implement the ABB Robotics Operating System and enterprise performance framework. You will translate strategy into measurable objectives, governance, and KPI architecture to enable fact-based decision-making across the organization.

The role spans multiple geographies with a hybrid working model, reporting to the Business Transformation team. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership are essential.

• Proven ability to design and implement KPI frameworks and governance mechanisms.
