Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise performance management and strategy execution.
• Proven track record designing KPI frameworks and governance mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational performance management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-executive collaboration.
• Experience across functions and geographies in a global environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the ABB Robotics Operating System and performance framework.
• Translate strategy into measurable objectives, management routines, and governance.
• Establish and run the Executive Committee cadence and KPI architecture.
• Drive line-of-sight between strategic priorities and financial outcomes.
• Lead and develop the team; continuously improve the OS.
• Collaborate with Business Lines, Functions, Finance, and Data teams.
• Drive transparency and timely data-driven decisions with corrective actions.
• Align performance measurement across the organization and simplify reporting.
