Michael Page is partnering with an international organisation to recruit a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner for technical and specialised roles. You will manage the full lifecycle, from intake through offers, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across an international, matrix environment.

You will build pipelines, headhunt niche talent, and use data to influence decisions. Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Strong expertise in recruiting technical and specialised profiles.
• Consultative mindset; advise and influence senior managers.
• Excellent communication and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience in international or matrix organisations is a plus.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and specialised positions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Lead intake discussions and challenge profiles and strategy when needed.
• Provide pushback based on market realities, compensation, and best practices.
• Translate complex tech requirements into sourcing and recruitment plans.
• Proactively identify and engage niche talent via networks and channels.
• Build strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Use data and market insights to influence decisions.
• Advise on candidate selection and interview strategy.
• Drive processes forward and ensure timely decisions.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience across an international environment.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
