Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners AG in Switzerland seeks a Rewards Analyst to support the design, administration and analysis of global compensation and benefits programs. The role aims to keep reward practices competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategy.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and Payroll, prepare data, design dashboards, and contribute to proposals and governance documentation while driving process improvements and compliance across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in private or public markets preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Workday is strongly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication in English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the development of compensation and benefits processes.
• Prepare and analyze compensation data, reports, and design dashboards.
• Lead in market benchmarking by collecting, validating, and comparing external data.
• Assist in the preparation of reward proposals, presentations, and management materials.
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders on reward topics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within reward processes and tools.
