Job summary

Julius Baer in Zürich seeks a Regulatory Trade Reporting Specialist to own and advance the regulatory reporting framework (Six, Eurex, Dodd-Frank monitoring, etc.). You will work with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology to drive regulatory changes and strengthen controls.

You will define documentation, assign roles, interpret evolving requirements, and oversee implementation across global teams. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in Banking/Finance, Business Administration, Law or IT.
• 5–7 years of experience in trade reporting within investment/wealth management.
• Experience owning or managing regulatory trade reporting frameworks.
• Knowledge of major exchanges' and regulators' trade reporting rules.
• Experience with IT platforms, data flows, and system implementations for regulatory reporting.
• Experience coordinating with Compliance, Legal, and Audit on regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global regulatory trade reporting framework and inventory of required reports.
• Document rules, assign roles, and ensure clear responsibilities across stakeholders.
• Coordinate input to interpret evolving regulatory requirements with Compliance and Legal.
• Perform business analysis on new trade reporting requirements and translate to requirements for GPS platform teams.
• Oversee implementation of regulatory changes with testing and approval before deployment.
• Track reporting errors, late submissions, and control deficiencies; define remediation plans.
