Qualifikationen

• Fluency in German (B2+ level)
• 5+ years in regulatory reporting for banks or similar regulated entities
• 3+ years in the Swiss regulatory environment reporting to FINMA
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to develop processes to compile new reports and enhance existing ones
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to relate to local culture in an international environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Nice-to-have: SQL/data analysis, regulatory reporting software familiarity, IFRS and Swiss GAAP knowledge

Aufgaben

• Produce and review branch regulatory reports, including statistical returns and local regulatory submissions
• Define and implement the process for submitting regulatory reports
• Develop controls, documentation and change management for reporting areas
• Coordinate with data owners on issues and resolutions
• Monitor regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with Accounting to align financial reporting in regulatory applications
• Engage with the Central Bank and respond to queries
