Julius Baer in Zürich is seeking a Regulatory Trade Reporting Specialist to own and evolve the global reporting framework, coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology to implement regulatory changes and strengthen controls.

The role requires documenting rules, managing cross-functional input from exchanges and regulators, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring timely, accurate trade reporting and audit readiness.

Formación

• Experience owning or managing regulatory trade reporting frameworks.
• Exposure to trade reporting rules from major exchanges and regulators.
• Ability to interpret evolving regulatory requirements with Compliance and Legal.
• Experience in audits or incident investigations within financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain global GPS trade reporting framework and inventory of reports.
• Document rules prescribed by exchanges/regulators; assign roles across stakeholders.
• Coordinate input to interpret regulatory requirements with Compliance and Legal.
• Lead business analysis for new trade reporting needs; provide requirements to GPS teams.
• Oversee changes to reports, methodologies, and systems; ensure testing and approvals.
• Track reporting issues, root causes, remediation plans, and closure.
• Collaborate to mitigate operational risks; escalate to senior management as needed.
• Act as primary contact with supervisory authorities during audits.
• Coordinate independent validation activities with Legal & Compliance.
