Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in power generation, energy, or industrial automation.
• 5+ years of leadership in international organisations.
• Experience turning strategy into roadmaps and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global R&D organisation for Power Reliability (excitation, synchronization, hydropower, hydrogen electrolysis rectifiers).
• Translate product roadmaps into technology roadmaps, development plans and investment proposals.
• Balance resources, budget, quality and time-to-market through governance and KPIs.
• Own the technical product lifecycle from development to end-of-life and migrations.
• Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity and product-standard compliance across teams.
