Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, focus on power distribution.
• 12+ years in power systems, ideally as Lead Engineer or Senior Project Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution concepts and HV/MV/LV equipment sizing.
• Experience with load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, harmonics, EMT simulations, grid compliance.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and communication skills; travel willingness.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities in international projects across the full lifecycle (electrification, control, instrumentation) for industrial plants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Ensure the integration of all engineering disciplines and compliance with contract specs, quality, safety, and standards.
• Provide technical guidance on HV/MV/LV power distribution equipment and electrical studies.
• Contribute to design reviews, monitor deliverables, and support change requests, cost and schedule impacts, and risk assessments.
• Engage with customers and suppliers from procurement to delivery to meet project requirements.
