Job summary

Jabil seeks a Senior Manager of Global Quality Management Systems to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of assigned QMS procedures in line with regulatory requirements. You will work with site quality teams to drive harmonisation, assess effectiveness, and deliver risk-based improvements that support product quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years in quality, compliance, or quality systems within medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries, including 5 years in management.
• Significant leadership experience in a regulated environment with cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluency in English; strong communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead global quality system initiatives across sites.
• Partner with quality leaders, process owners, and site teams to translate priorities into practical actions.
• Monitor KPI, quality costs, risk, and compliance; drive continuous improvements.
• Coach and develop quality professionals and project teams.
