Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Quality Clinical Risk Management to join the RDQ CRM team across multiple locations, including Basel, Switzerland. The role focuses on translating risk signals into proactive mitigations, CAPA plans, and quality decisions across trials and programs, with global collaboration and inspection readiness.

The position requires a BA/BSc or equivalent and at least 8 years of healthcare/pharma experience, strong GCP knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

• Minimum 8 years of healthcare/pharma industry experience.
• Strong quality and regulatory knowledge (GCP) and clinical trial exposure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate risk signals into proactive mitigation and quality decisions for trials and programs.
• Lead risk monitoring reviews, escalate issues, and drive CAPA plans.
• Support pre-submission activities and QPR content development.
• Provide inspection readiness and site support for sponsor-monitor inspections.
