Job summary

EH Group is seeking a Quality Manager to own a unified quality system across its Nyon production site and the forthcoming US operation in Houston. You will harmonize processes, control plans, and acceptance criteria so customers receive identical quality products regardless of site.

Based in Nyon with regular travel to Houston and Europe, you will build a global supplier quality program, oversee contract manufacturing, and drive certifications for Europe and the US while fostering a strong

Qualifications

• Own quality across more than one site and across borders.
• Establish or rebuild a quality management system.
• Hands-on in-process and incoming quality for production.
• Audit and qualify suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Root cause analysis and CAPA with cross-site applications.
• Familiarity with European and US certification practices.

Responsibilities

• Own a single QMS across Nyon and Houston with ISO 9001 alignment.
• Define identical product specs, control plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage in-process quality for stack production at both sites.
• Lead supplier quality for a global shared base with audits and first articles.
• Oversee QA of contract manufacturing and assembly partners.
• Drive nonconformance, CAPA, and cross-site problem solving.
• Maintain traceability and product records from raw material to delivery.
• Coordinate certification efforts for Europe and the US.
• Foster a quality culture and remote capability building across time zones.
