Job summary

EH Group is seeking a Quality Manager to own a unified quality system across its established MW-scale facility in Nyon, Switzerland, and the new US operation in Houston. You will harmonize specifications, control plans, and acceptance criteria so customers cannot tell which site built a stack.

You’ll lead supplier quality with Supply Chain, oversee contract manufacturing, and ensure quality across both regions while building the capabilities needed for future growth.

Qualifications

• Owning quality across more than one manufacturing site.
• Establishing or substantially rebuilding a quality function.
• Hands-on in-process and incoming quality in a production setting.
• Supplier quality experience including auditing suppliers.
• Structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of product certification processes across Europe and US.

Responsibilities

• Own a single quality management system across Nyon and Houston.
• Harmonize product specifications, control plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Build supplier quality with Supply Chain for a shared global base.
• Oversee quality for contract manufacturing and assembly partners.
• Manage nonconformance and CAPA with cross-site implementation.
• Ensure traceability and complete product records across sites.
• Support certification across Europe and the US.
• Foster a quality culture and training on both floors.
• Define what sits on the ground in Houston vs. centralized from Nyon.
