Job summary

EH Group is seeking a Quality Manager to own a unified quality system for its production sites in Nyon, Switzerland and the US, starting with bringing Houston up to the same standards. The role requires building and harmonizing processes across sites, supplier quality, and certification readiness.

You will drive in-process quality, NCR/CAPA, and traceability while coordinating with global teams and external certification partners to ensure European and US compliance.

Qualifications

• Owning quality across multiple manufacturing sites, ideally in more than one country.
• Establishing or substantially rebuilding a quality function with a written QMS.
• Hands-on in-process and incoming quality in a production setting.
• Supplier quality experience, including auditing suppliers and holding them to standards.
• Structured problem solving and root cause analysis with permanent corrective actions.
• Familiarity with product certification processes in Europe and the US.

Responsibilities

• One quality management system across both entities.
• Harmonize QMS between Nyon and Houston for identical controls.
• In-process quality oversight for stack production at both locations.
• Lead supplier quality for a shared global supply base with audits and inspections.
• Oversee contract manufacturers and set quality agreements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage nonconformance and CAPA processes across sites.
• Maintain traceability and product records from material to delivered system.
