EH Group is seeking a Quality Manager to own a unified QMS across its MW-scale facility in Nyon and the expanding US operations in Houston. The role requires aligning specifications, control plans and records at both sites so quality and traceability are identical.

You will harmonize the quality management system, build the US capability, and lead supplier quality across a shared global base while coordinating with cross-border teams and certification partners.

Formación

• Own quality across multiple manufacturing sites and countries.
• Experience building or rebuilding a QMS with ISO 9001 alignment.
• Hands-on in-process and incoming quality in production.
• Auditing suppliers and enforcing quality agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Harmonize QMS across Nyon and Houston.
• Define shared specifications, control plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee supplier quality and audits for global supply base.
• Ensure traceability and records for warranty and certification.
• Lead quality for contract manufacturers and integration partners.
• Drive NCR and CAPA processes across sites.
