Zusammenfassung

EH Group in Switzerland is seeking a Quality Manager to own a single QMS across its Nyon production and the US operation in Houston. You will ensure equivalence of specifications, control plans, and acceptance criteria between sites, and drive cross-border quality improvements.

In this growth phase, you will build supplier quality, oversee contract manufacturers, and establish traceability and certification processes for Europe and the US. Regular travel to Houston and other sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Owning quality across more than one manufacturing site.
• Establishing or rebuilding a quality function with a documented QMS.
• Hands-on in-process and incoming quality in a production setting.
• Experience auditing suppliers and enforcing standards.
• Root cause analysis with permanent defect resolution.
• Experience with European and US certification regimes.

Aufgaben

• Implement a single QMS across Nyon and Houston.
• Ensure equivalence of specs, control plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee in-process quality for stack production.
• Lead supplier quality for a shared global base.
• Oversee QA with contract manufacturers/assembly partners.
• Manage NCR and CAPA processes across sites.
• Maintain traceability and product records.
• Coordinate certification across Europe and the US.
• Foster quality culture and training at both sites.
