IRF is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead a portfolio of ongoing projects, collaborating with coordinators and partners to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. The 6-month fixed-term role offers remote work with a Geneva preference.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Project Management or related field, with PMP a plus, and have experience in mobility, CCAM, or related urban mobility initiatives, plus Horizon 2020/Europe programmes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• PM credentials (PMP) are a plus.
• Experience with cross-functional project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project activities, keep plans and timelines on track.
• Coordinate internal teams and partners to define roles and tasks.
• Maintain open communications with stakeholders and provide updates.
• Prepare deliverables, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor budgets, resources and quality against objectives.
• Identify risks and manage changes in scope, schedule or costs.
