Hitachi Energy seeks an experienced Project Quality Manager to drive quality across large EPC projects. You will partner with project teams, customers, suppliers, and site organizations to ensure requirements are understood, implemented, and continuously improved.

You will lead audits, manage non-conformances, and promote a Lean Six Sigma mindset. The role requires deep ISO 9001 knowledge, SAP Quality Module expertise, and the ability to travel to construction sites and supplier locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (advantage)
• At least 5 years in EPC quality management in large projects
• ISO 9001 knowledge and internal auditor considered an advantage
• Experience with SAP Quality Module and project/risk management tools
• Knowledge of 8D, PDCA, Lean Six Sigma, and FMEA is beneficial
• Excellent English; German or other languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and supplier locations

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, lead, and monitor quality activities, resources, KPIs, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and site organizations
• Lead quality audits, non-conformances, corrective actions, and lessons learned
• Monitor quality indicators such as NCRs, customer satisfaction, and cost of quality
• Coordinate quality requirements for critical equipment and ITPs
• Support site quality activities, including training and audits
• Promote a strong quality culture and lean methodologies
