Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering (or related field).
• Experience driving complex international projects in a global industrial environment.
• Experience in GIS, substations, power transmission, or energy infrastructure preferred.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Italian or German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex international projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from handover to engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and final delivery.
• Take ownership of project execution, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence and high-quality standards.
• Build trusted partnerships with customers and serve as their primary contact throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, supply chain and service functions worldwide.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and project success.
• Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives while guiding the team through challenges and change.
• Manage commercial aspects of projects, including contracts, claims, forecasting and financial performance.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring.
