Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Global Product Support Quality Leader to drive quality improvement and governance across the GPS organization within High Voltage. You will interface with R&D Quality, ensure consistent quality processes, and support audits and corrective actions.

This global role involves coordinating quality across product changes, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement, while coaching GPS teams on robust quality practices.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree with experience in Global Product Support or quality environments.
• Knowledge of product verification/validation, FMEA, QMS and problem solving.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP, change management and quality planning methods.
• Knowledge of industry standards and conducting quality audits.
• Experience with risk management and continuous improvement in complex technical settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is valuable.

Aufgaben

• Drive quality standards and governance across Global Product Support activities.
• Oversee HV Design Change Process including QA, acceptance criteria, validation, and implementation.
• Support product quality and risk mitigation through FMEA, PPAP/APQP, QCPs, DFM/DFM reviews, and NCR data.
• Interface GPS with R&D Quality, align priorities, and support improvements across product lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, non-conformity management, root cause analysis, and CAPA actions.
• Coach GPS teams on quality methods and promote cross-functional collaboration.
