Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Technology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader to drive the Integrated Management System across our High Voltage Technology organization. You will collaborate with Technology Center R&D Quality Managers, R&D, and Global Product Support to ensure consistent application of quality processes and regulatory requirements.

You will support audits, strengthen governance, and use data insights to identify opportunities for improvement, shaping global quality

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree with experience in Integrated Management Systems or quality governance.
• Solid knowledge of ISO certification, auditing practices, and quality standards.
• Experience in audits, non-conformities, and corrective actions; lead/internal auditor highly valued.
• Knowledge of R&D and product development quality processes and governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.
• Standardize IMS processes across R&D, Global Product Support, and Technology Centers.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and drive corrective action plans for non-conformities.
• Monitor process performance using metrics and data analysis to identify risks and improvements.
• Integrate customer feedback and quality data into IMS to strengthen processes.
• Provide guidance and training on IMS requirements across teams.
