Job summary

ITech Consult AG in Basel seeks a Product Safety Specialist to manage data integrity and governance across regulatory programs for diagnostics, packaging, and materials. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Material Sciences, Data/Information Sciences or related field with chemistry/data emphasis.
• Experience handling complex data in medical device or high-tech manufacturing product safety.
• Knowledge of global environmental regulations (REACH, RoHS, TSCA, Prop 65, etc.).
• Expertise migrating compliance data while upholding data governance.
• Experience with Tableau dashboards and Snowflake data pipelines.
• Experience with SAP EH&S/M and related tools.
• Programming and automation: Python, RPA, VBA; AI tooling familiarity.
• Familiar with PM methodologies (Waterfall/Agile) and project tracking.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability; English required, German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support global data migration from SAP EHSM to new EHSM S4 HANA solution.
• Modernize chemical data models for migration readiness and integrity.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, TSCA, etc.
• Prepare load files and perform post-load verification with automation.
• Automate report generation and streamline manual processes.
• Contribute to project meetings with SME input and governance oversight.
• Monitor project health using PM tools and maintain milestone momentum.
