Medacta International is seeking a Communication Specialist to support product communication and digital marketing campaigns across international markets, joining the Corporate Communications team.

You will develop content, manage campaigns, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with affiliates, agencies, and external partners, gaining broad exposure to press, internal and corporate communications. This role offers opportunities for growth within a globally oriented medical device company.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• ≈3 years of professional experience in communication or marketing.
• Experience with product communication and digital campaigns, including KPI analysis.
• Hands-on with email marketing platforms, social media tools, CMS, and PM tools.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Interest in medical devices and healthcare.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver communication campaigns for products and launches across international markets.
• Create content across digital and traditional channels; tailor messages to audiences.
• Manage digital campaigns with KPI analysis and performance reporting.
• Contribute to press/media relations, internal and sustainability communications.
• Coordinate projects with corporate functions, affiliates, agencies, and partners.
