You will navigate complex legal challenges while collaborating with global stakeholders across the globe, with a focus on indirect procurement and technology-related matters.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Swiss lawyer with admission to the Swiss Bar.
• Post-qualification legal experience in a leading law firm or in-house.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience advising on SaaS, IT and artificial intelligence topics.

Aufgaben

• Partner with global Procurement teams as a trusted legal advisor on strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements for goods and services including technology, SaaS, AI and other digital solutions.
• Provide practical, risk-based legal guidance on commercial, operational, and governance matters.
• Support global projects and transactions while balancing legal risks with business objectives.
• Deliver legal training and awareness sessions to Procurement and digital stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across procurement activities and technology-related projects.
• Collaborate across legal, compliance, and business teams to drive successful outcomes including cross-border Swiss law matters.
• Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new legal technologies.
