Novartis Basel seeks a Global Head of Customs & Trade Compliance to set the global strategy, policies and standards for CTC, guiding risk management, audit readiness and compliance across the organization. Two positions (60% and 40%) in Basel, English and German or another Swiss language preferred.

The role collaborates with Fundsflow, Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing to ensure alignment with global supply chain operations and regulatory changes.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in economics or law with trade compliance.
• 8+ years in customs and trade compliance roles.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP, and compliance controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead global CTC strategy, policies and standards.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to implement guidelines.
• Monitor global performance and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Design and monitor CTC governance, risk management, and audits.
• Interface with Fundsflow, Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing on strategic projects.
