Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with 12+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Excellent legal drafting skills in English and another European language.
• Ability to drive pragmatic legal outcomes across jurisdictions.
• Understanding ESG, CSRD/CSDDD, and public procurement regulations.
• Experience with medical device industry laws in EMEA.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Advise on ESG topics (CSRD/CSDDD, supply chain due diligence) and support sustainability initiatives.
• Establish robust legal structures and frameworks for evidence generation.
• Partner with commercial and tender teams to ensure compliance with public procurement laws and processes; manage tender litigation if needed.
