You will manage international supplier negotiations, drive substantial cost savings and safeguard supply continuity in challenging markets while benchmarking pricing and exploring lower-cost sources.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years' procurement experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong direct materials, raw materials or commodity sourcing background.
• Proven track record of leading challenging supplier negotiations.
• Experience delivering significant, measurable cost savings in complex markets.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex commercial negotiations with global suppliers.
• Deliver ambitious and measurable cost savings.
• Challenge supplier pricing and commercial terms.
• Manage negotiations within limited-supplier, monopoly and oligopoly markets.
• Run RFQs and benchmark pricing against market conditions.
• Identify and develop alternative and lower-cost supply sources.
• Protect continuity of supply and mitigate procurement risk.
• Drive supplier performance across cost, quality and delivery.
