Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a Global Process Owner to lead the design, governance and implementation of its Institutional Planning & Budgeting process in Geneva. You will contribute to the End-to-End Transformation Program, aligning strategy with operations and developing a simpler, integrated planning architecture.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree: Master’s degree (MSc, MBA or equivalent) and related fields.
• Specialised qualifications in performance management and/or results-based management are an asset.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 8 in planning/monitoring.
• Experience in design/coordination of planning and reporting processes and in using planning/monitoring technologies.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments; humanitarian/development sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of an integrated planning framework linking strategy to multi-year planning and budgeting, including quarterly forecasting and reporting.
• Drive improved integration between planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all layers (supply chain, workforce, program, and financial planning).
• Act as a strategic liaison to Operations, Finance, Logistics, Resource Mobilization, Data and Technology teams.
• Ensure seamless data and process integration across ERP, PMT, PAM, Anaplan, RedLoop and Master Data systems.
• Define and monitor performance metrics; promote continuous process improvement and best practices.
• Support organizational management and planning activities, including portfolio management and organizational design.
