The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva seeks a senior leader to head Information Management and Governance. You will shape the information governance strategy, oversee a global framework, and drive AI readiness while collaborating with cybersecurity and digital workplace teams.

You will lead a distributed team, define governance standards, and partner with executives to ensure compliant, high‑quality information assets for timely decision‑making in crises.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in information management, information science, data science, computer science, law or a related field.
• 15+ years total experience with at least 10 years in information governance or data management.
• Proven leadership of enterprise‑wide document management systems (DMS) or SharePoint.
• Experience preparing unstructured data environments for AI integration.
• Experience supporting executive leadership in high‑pressure crisis situations.

• Define and champion the information governance strategy as a key enabler of institutional goals.
• Advise executive leadership on information as a strategic asset for decision‑making.
• Lead integration of AI and ML into information governance to reinforce capabilities.
