CSL in Glattbrugg, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Clinical Development professional to provide scientific input to development strategies and program design. The role is onsite three days per week.

You will guide trial design, contribute to regulatory submissions, author study documents, and mentor project teams while collaborating across departments. With 8+ years in biotech/pharma and a strong background in CMC, non-clinical, and clinical development, you will shape the scientific direction

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Allied Health or Engineering.
• 8+ years experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals.
• 5+ years managing projects.

Aufgaben

• Provide scientific input to clinical development strategies.
• Support safe and efficient execution of programs with high-quality outputs.
• Help define the scientific strategy of the clinical development plan and trial documents.
• Lead a team to deliver clinical strategy within programs.
• Author study documents and contribute to submission documents.
• Contribute to manuscripts and conference abstracts.
• Collaborate with project teams to shape the clinical development strategy.
• Contribute to analysis and interpretation of clinical data and writing study reports.
• Foster collaboration with other departments and improve interfaces.
