Job summary

Omya in Switzerland is seeking a Global Pricing Excellence Manager to join the Sales Excellence team. You will shape and continuously improve pricing processes, governance, digital solutions, and reporting requirements to strengthen commercial decision making.

You will own pricing tools and lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Finance, IT, and external vendors, translating business needs into clear requirements for SAP, Salesforce, and pricing platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Pricing Excellence, Sales/Commercial Excellence, or related roles.
• Experience with B2B price setting and governance.
• Translating business needs into requirements for digital solutions (SAP, Salesforce).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across markets and levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing processes, governance, and digital solutions roadmap.
• Define requirements for pricing tools, CRM, ERP, and automation opportunities.
• Establish pricing governance, approvals, logics, and adherence.
• Define KPIs and insights; work with Data/BI to deliver actionable views.
• Lead pricing capability-building and training for sales and business units.
• Coordinate with IT and external partners on technology design.
