Qualifications

• 12+ years in capital investment project controls or portfolio management in pharma or life sciences.
• 5+ years leading or supporting PMO for large portfolios (over CHF 500M).
• Strong data governance and BI capabilities with experience in predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive intelligence translating cost, schedule, and risk data for senior leadership decision-making.
• Standardize portfolio metrics and predictive indicators across tools to anticipate cost, schedule, and scope impacts.
• Deploy automated BI dashboards as a single source of truth across global project delivery frameworks.
• Drive digital innovation and AI, developing predictive models and Generative AI use cases.
• Ensure data integrity across our central PPM system for multi-million-franc projects.
• Consolidate portfolio performance and report status for cost, schedule, risk and change globally.
