Job summary

Roche in Basel seeks a seasoned Global Expert Reporting & Insights to drive executive intelligence and portfolio transparency across major capital investment projects worldwide. You will translate complex data into actionable guidance using BI, predictive modeling, and Generative AI, establishing a single source of truth in a multi-site network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field with certifications such as PMP, PfMP, CCP, or RMP.
• 12+ years in capital investment project controls or portfolio management in life sciences/pharma.
• Hands-on portfolio management software, scheduling, risk modeling, and EVM techniques.
• Ability to lead across a matrix organization and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive intelligence translating cost, schedule, and risk into insights for senior leadership.
• Standardize KPIs and predictive indicators across portfolio tools.
• Build and maintain automated BI dashboards as a single source of truth.
• Develop analytics products and Generative AI use cases with IT teams.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across the central PPM system.
• Monitor and report portfolio status for cost, schedule, risk, and change globally.
