Job summary

The Botnar Institute of Immune Engineering (BIIE) seeks an experienced Project Management Expert (100%) to strengthen planning and delivery of translational projects and strategic initiatives. This is the first position in BIIE’s Global Translation and Partnership Management (GTPM), reporting to the Director of Administrative Operations and interacting with the Clinical Operations Unit.

Working with scientific and operational leadership, project teams and external partners, you will translate

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field.
Significant program and/or project management experience in pharma, biotech or academic life-science R&D.
Experience translating complex objectives into executable project plans.
Strong planning, risk management, cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven ability to lead through influence in matrix teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
Pragmatic, collaborative, hands-on working style.

Responsibilities

Establish fit-for-purpose PM approaches, tools and reporting for transparency and delivery.
Build working practices and records as the institute grows, including joint planning with Clinical Operations.
Prepare status, risk, scenario and decision materials for readiness-gate reviews.
Coach and support project contributors and emerging leaders in PM practices.
Capture learnings and scale PM capabilities across BIIE.
Contribute to broader strategic and operational initiatives.
