Zusammenfassung

VAT Vakuumventile AG seeks an Operations Processess Manager to drive global planning process standardization and governance across the value chain. You will align demand, supply, and financial objectives with data-driven methods while enabling cross-functional collaboration and system improvements.

You will lead enhancements of the Order Confirmation Engine in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and design ATP/CTP capabilities within the planning ecosystem, ensuring scalable TOM adoption and governance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business admin, or related field.
• Excellent English communication; German language skills are advantageous.
• Proven experience in business excellence, process management, or business transformation.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience leading governance and standardization in global ERP environments.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Experience overseeing system enhancements, reviews, testing, and release management processes.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strategic thinking to align initiatives to business goals.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Define and deploy global planning process standards across functions.
• Establish cross-functional governance with Process Owners/Stewards.
• Drive process adoption and capability development.
• Redesign and enhance Order Confirmation Engine in D365 FO for validated availability.
• Improve ATP/CTP capabilities within planning ecosystem.
• Develop constrained planning models including BOM, capacity, and labor constraints.
• Serve as liaison between Supply Chain and IT for system enhancements.
• Oversee design reviews, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Govern Target Operating Model documentation into scalable standards.
• Create training materials and support organizational learning.
• Define and monitor KPIs for process performance and compliance.
• Establish reporting standards across locations.
• Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep processes efficient and aligned.
