Zusammenfassung

VAT Group is seeking an Operations Processess Manager to drive standardized planning processes across the value chain. You will align demand, supply and financial objectives, and lead cross-functional governance while improving operational efficiency.

You will redesign the Order Confirmation Engine in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, enable ATP/CTP capabilities, and ensure scalable process governance across locations. Strong collaboration with IT and business is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is advantageous.
• Proven experience in process management, business excellence or transformation.

Aufgaben

• Define, standardize and deploy global planning process standards.
• Lead cross-functional governance with Process Owners and Process Stewards.
• Drive transformation initiatives and enable process adoption and capability development.
• Redesign and enhance the Order Confirmation Engine in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Develop advanced ATP/CTP capabilities within the planning ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, IT and business to translate requirements into system enhancements.
