Job summary

VAT Group, based in Haag, Switzerland (St. Gallen), seeks an Operations Process Specialist to ensure standardized execution of global business processes within ERP-D365 and related IT systems. You will bridge Process Owners and IT, drive harmonization, and support system improvements and audits.

You will develop training materials, deliver user training, and serve as a subject-matter expert for ERP-D365, helping users adopt new processes and tools while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Proven experience as an Operations Process Specialist or in a similar processes role.
• Strong ERP experience; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of business processes and IT infrastructure.
• Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strategic thinking aligned IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain IT concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive harmonization and consistent execution of global business processes within ERP-D365 and related IT systems.
• Gather and document requirements from Process Owners and Stewards; collaborate on solution design.
• Develop training materials and deliver user training programs for system adoption.
• Act as SME for ERP-D365 and related applications; support key users and IT Helpdesk.
• Test new system functionalities, updates, and releases for compatibility and alignment.
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Advise Process Owners during implementation of new processes and changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and efficiency.
• Lead cross-site projects.
